vaginal penetration???

I slept yesterday with a girl she was vargin.
We tried to have protected vaginal but we did not succed
then she gave me unprotected fellatio
then we tried again but before we put on the condom there was a moment that i was touching her  vagina with my penis.and the penis head slipped through but the girl is still a vargin as no penetration took place.

does these situation place any of us in any risk??? thanx

"virgins" can have hiv too.  hiv can be transmitted through sharing iv drug works or at birth from an infected mother.

my question is whether this incident implied risk for both parties.
was it a safe sexual encounter?

my question is about not penetrating her fully. just the tip of the penis got in her vagina and i came in contact with lots of vaginal fluids.Since she is still a Virgin i suppose i did not penetrate her. but i am sure that there was some penetration of about 2-3 cm lasting a few seconds.....
