very afraid

exactly thirteen days agao i had and encounter wih a woman i met at a wedding. her and i had  a lot to drink and one thing led to another we made out a lot and performed oral sex on each other. She ended up ejaculationing in my mouth and aout a table spoon or 2 got into my mouth and i inadvertanlty swallowed  it. This scares me a lot then she also put a finger inside her vagina and inserted in my rectum. This worries me even more. We did not have intercourse at all ther was however quite a bit of fluid every where. a few days later my stomach started to groan and growl. Exactly a week after the encounter i had 2 loose stools then the next dau a lot of groaning but no loose stools. the day after that i had one noemal stool and one loose. the next 2 days must stomach was still groaning and growlng but normal movements today i had 2 normal moements and then again a loose stool. I am very scared here can anyone tell me if i ma having symptoms and what kind of risk i am at. I have alked to the woman and she toldme her and her husband were swingers ( i did not kow she was married) she swears she gets  checked for everyting twice a years she was checked tree months ago and she swears she always uses condoms. I also live in Canada I would appreciate any help Thank you

You were never at risk. Firstly, the chances she had HIV were probably 1 in a 100 (Being conservative) and then you DIDN'T have sex with her! You CAN'T get HIV from fingering, and the chances you got HIV from her fluid in your mouth are like 1 in 100,000 or something. Stop worrying!
