very scared, very brief moment

Sexual intercourse - painfulwith another gay man i know, thought i dont know him well.  i asked his HIV status and he said he was tested in the first week of March and has not done anything risky since then.  He swears he is negative.  

what we did:
1.  he performed oral sexBuccal smear

2.  i wore a condomCondoms
Female condomsand was the top.  there was some blood on the condomCondoms
Female condomsbut i believe the condomCondoms
Female condomsdid not fail and was intact.  not very worried here.
3.  Before i put the condomCondoms
Female condomson i 'dipped' the head in for probably 1 second.  this is when i then got a condom.  This is what i am very worried about.  

question.  can u assess my risk?  i was trying to be careful and didnt hit all the marks, i know.  And now i am stressing out.  there are reasons i am not sure i believe his testing story, but who knows.  i just need to assume he might be positive.   And i am just so worried about this very very brief moment.
