very worried

Hi I am 24years old male from mumbai India. I have lost control over myself and commited two idiotic mistakes which may have dire consequences on my life.
Ok I had posted a question about 45 days back, that while having sex with a high risk CSW my condom broke. I had given only 3 pushes when she realised it and asked me to withdraw which i did.So in effect my penis was inside her vagina less than 3 seconds or at the most 3 seconds.Before this incident that is 3 and a half months back there was one more incidence.I was drunk and coming back walking.I was vry very stupid. A shemale or enunch, whatever she was invited me. I dont know what crossed my idiotic mind i went to her, i kissed her, i was very very drunk so didnt get a proper erection i remember, but still it was a loose erection. Now the confusing part is That shemale smooched me very bad,i got a rash on my lips the other day, and while kissing i remember she lifted her saree ,held my **** and rubbed it against her whatever it was(i dont even remember she had a **** or a ***** caz i didnt saw it and neither i could recognise it by feeling, i dont even know if she had a hole there did my **** inserted her, even if it did it was also for only 3 or 4 seconds when i came back to my senses and withdrew and immidiately left.After a month of this incidence i played Holi( the frestival of colour and water). We throw water on each other .So i was in water for almost three hours and everone was pouring water on each other. I remember i was shivering that day, That night was ok, but the other night i had a tremendous fever, with all of my body aching like hell,night sweats, soar throat, cold , rashes on my penis,(penis rashes have come and gone before also , from when i was in 12th, that is i have this problem since 6 years, so i didnt mind it). fever was there for 3 days and soar throat and flu for more than 10 days. I didnt even mind this. But after 2 months of this incidence I had the condom breaking incidence with the CSW and it immidiately crossed my mind that i may have been infected with HIV, So i started waiting for symptoms, No symptoms came accept rashes on my penis and chest.then the shemale episode started haunting me, what if that fever and flu after holi were ARS. What if i had got HIV from the shemale.It also crossed my mind i may have got some STD from the shemale and when the CSW episode happenned , that is, when my condom broke for 3 seconds, the STD may hv facilitated the HIV infection which in other cercumstances was highly unlikely, I lost my sleep and cried every night. I finally got tested .The test was HIV 1&2 Antibodies, Microparticle Enzyme immuno Essay. It turned out to be non reactive, Pathologist told me it is negative.
Summary- Hight Risk encounter with a Shemale, after one month all possible ARS symptoms faced.
After onw and a half months of the first encounter, another High Risk encounter with a CSW when condom broke.
No ARS symptoms faced.
After 3 and a half months from the first encounter and one and a half months (7 weeks,48 days) of the second encounter MEIA antibody test NEGATIVE for HIV 1 and 2.Can i be rest assured i dont have HIV,Are MEIA tests reliable.I am still worried of my penis rashes. Plz i can live with herpes or other STD, but I wont be able to live with HIV because in Indian society we have arrange marriages, and joint families, and honour. The honour of my family will suffer if i get HIV and i will have to end up my life or run away from my family. Plz suggest me can i be rest assured.
I have felt guilty about my conduct, and have confessed to the Mother Godess I will never do it again but still i am worried.Help

3 months from condom break is when you can have a conclusive test.

Ok but now can i be atleast rest assured that I didnt get infected by the shemale atleast.And isnt it the case that 90 percent of the times antibody tests gice accurate results after 6 weeks.In some cases they take 3 months and in others 9 months.Atleast i can be optimistic.Cant i?Man this is so scary.

unless you have a SEVERLY compromised immune system...3 months is CONCLUSIVE.  this would include someone on chemotherapy...taking anti-rejection drugs following an organ transplant...or LONG TERM - CHRONIC iv drug abusers.

No i dont think i have a compromised immune system, I have never been on chemo therapy, i fall sick rarely, I hv never even seen how drugs look. So that means i couldnt have had HIV from the first encounter with the shemale. Now what are my chances to survive the second encounter , that is the CSW episode, which was 48 days before my negative result. I havent had any of the ARS symptoms yet after this encounter accept for the rahes, which have been my problem from years.But yaa i am having rashes on my chest also, but these rashes were there before the CSW encounter,What do u think? what are my odds.

your post is hard to follow...so let me just say this.

if you put your penis INSIDE someone's vagina or anus...WITHOUT A CONDOM...then you put yourself at risk and need to test 3 months post exposure.

Ok i will make it simple.
Q1) I had a high risk encounter with a shemale. Tested 4 months later wuith antibody test. Negative.So that means this shemale episode was safe as tests were negative after 4 months

Q2)I had a high risk encounter with a CSW , where i inserted my penis with a condom inside her vagina, condom broke, i pulled out within 3 seconds. I tested affter 48 days of this incidence.Negative.What are the chances of my survival.I mean odds. I have heard antibody test after 6 weeks are almost reliable. 6 week negative antibody tests very rarely turn positive at 3 months.So like what are my odds. And whatever they are please pray for me.?please please.I am very very scared
