want to make sure before I go test tomorrow

I had two exposures of unprotected vaginal sex, oral too but I know that is 0 risk. At three weeks my Dr. had me terst just for a baseline. I am going to test tomorrow at 6 weeks and I have a sore throat, if I have a virus of some sort can it result in a false positive? I also have an autoimmune disease, wondered if that could create a problem? Is tghis too late for ars, this sore throat alone would not be a signal of ars? I did at t.5 weeks post exposure have a terrible cold that lasted two weeks, congeastion, nodes swollen, chills, coughjing, never a high fever. I know symptoms can't be for sure, but are cold symptomns part of ars? That is all I was wondering, I know it is a ton, but it will make me feel better about tomorrow.

Hashimoto's thyropiditis, pretty common.

Teak, my baseline test at three weeks was negative. Assume it was an Elisa. I truly try not to worry about things and I am a firm believer in knowledge is power, but i am a little scared.
