wbc

hello all...
my girlfriend had routine labs done..wbc was 3.7...positive for chicken pox and neg rpr....dont know if she did hiv testing....we have been monogamous for a little more than 5 months...her other white counts, as part of cbc were all normal..scared to ask about hiv. how do i approach this and should i be concerned with a wbc of 3.7..cant find any answeres anywhere...thnks

only a test designed for hiv is used to diagnose hiv.

thank you LIZZIE for a prompt response....i do understand only the hiv test confirms hiv...i guess because i am a worry wart....i was wondering if a 3.7 wbc in a 5 month plus monogamous relationship with otherwise low risk factors prior to that is anything to worry about. i know i should bring it up and get it out in the open...just a little worried...thanks in advance.
