You have a conclusive negative result that you should trust! You don't have HIV
please it is a last question.
Please hope
I have taken leave and went to india and taken test with tridot again negitive after 14 weeks and 15 week in other lab test negitive in other lab in india.
negitive hiv test (tridot)in india at 6 week after positive result in africa in spot test.
African virus can be detected in indian hiv kit.
Western blot test not taken it now.
If you do not believe the result that you had with your tridot that you took at home at 12 weeks, then follow up with the lab you had your indeterminate western blot with so you can put this behind you...the result that you have from your western blot could have nothing to do with HIV, but you should of followed up with that lab anyway for another western blot result
thanks,
I have retested with spot (tridot/determine) hiv test not elisa and received negitive result at 11 week
So, i have not tested western blot.
Is required to test western blot.?
As reply, it means p66,p55,p51, not releted to hiv - i am right mr. Hope.
Western Blots will have HIV protien already and we can produce millions of different antibody and for whatever reason yours attacted to the protein and you got a result that was neither positive or negative, so you re-tested and got a negative result
Go back and reread your other replies that you have received.
thks,
1. Is mentioned 3 band associated with hiv virus.?
2. can this 3 band show due to fatty liver enlargement and viral infection?
3. Positive with indeterminate wb with 3 band can i assume to be negitive?
I request hope or medhelp to please reply my above question which can remove my anixity and this questions pertaining answer, even unable to reply by the doctors.

A western blot needs 5 bands for a confirmed positive result.
