If you believe you have been exposed to HIV and want help to judge your risk, would like advice about HIV testing, or have questions about the effectiveness of condoms or risks associated with specific sexual practices, this is the site for you.
Can you explain what you mean by the following: "Also a Western Blot test is not the test required for HIV, to accurately and conclusively test for HIV you need to take a HIV anti body test at 12 weeks." Is the Western Blot OK to be used for HIV testing?
Quest Labs used a Western Blot for my initital testing, which came back as negative, can I trust the negative western blot as a negative HIV test result?
