western blot

I had a HIV 1 proviral DNA test with PCR method at 11,5 days; it was negative. Then I had ELISA & Western blot tests at 6,5 weeks; both were negative too. Should I consider myself as negative or should I need tow wait 12 weeks for another ELISA for confirmation?
Thanks and kind regards
