western vs elisa

please tell me which one is accurate and better one for HIV test for WESTERN BLOT test and ELISA test , and please tell me difference between these two test .

He has already received a conclusive test result.His negative tridot test at 3 months post-exposure.

You don't need either test because your tridot test is fully conclusive.You're safe.

please tell me 3 months western blot test is -ve or not orelse do i go for PCR test , i am indian WB test is also costly one like PCR test . which one is better PCR or WB

Your tridot test was conclusive and final,there was no need to have a western blot test.You don't have HIV.

i have done 3 months TRIDOT test -ve , and today i went for WESTERN BLOT test after 3 months is it better for conformation

I concur with diver,the western blot is performed after you receive a positive test result on an antibody test as a confirmatory test.

Western Blot is a confirmation test, done once ELISA antibody test comes positive. WB is not a primary screening test.
