what are my chances,on the condom cover it was written condom does not portect from hiv

I used a dotted condom,which was well lubricated n had n expiry date of 2011,i had unsafe oral sex and protected sexual intercourse,i saw blood on condom and removed it,but on the cover it was written condom does not provide protection from HIV,i know that condom did not broke as when i removed it was intact but after three weeks i have these symptoms of sore throat,swollen throat,night sweats,fatigue n i m really worried.pls help me.what r my chances?

* Anyone who continues to post excessively, questioning a conclusive negative result or no-risk situation, will be subject to action by MedHelp. Conclusive negative results or a no-risk situation will be based up the criteria MedHelp’s doctors. Action will be taken as follows:
    * After excessive posting, a warning will be issued by MedHelp
    * Continuing to post regarding the negative result / no risk situation will result in a 3 day suspension
    * Continuing to post upon your return will result in a permanent ban.

* Any member who creates a second nickname will immediately be banned and have any subsequent nicknames banned.
