what are the odds of being infected

I had mutual mastebation with another male. He stated that he was hiv-. He ejaculated first, unsed kleenex to clean his penis and his hands. After he cleaned his penis and hands he began to touch me.
I am worried that there was semen on his hands or resudue of semen and that when he touched me he got me infected.
is that possible assumeing he was HIV positive.

Zero.  Mutual masturbation carries no risk for HIV, regardless of specifics.

Even if he had some of his "sperm" on his hand, you will have no risk at all.  HIV infection does not occur in such activity.

Beside HIV( which you are at no risk), there are others STDs that may be transmitted thru close contact and fluid exchanged.
