what is ARS

i just read about ARS in some ones forum ,it was written that ARS shows symptoms in 2-4 weeks .
i wanted to know that what is ARS and what are its symptoms .
my second question is i think that i am losing some weight inspite of going to gym and having good diet
is this any symptoms of hiv, yesterday i was feeling little feverish is this any symptoms of hiv.
