what is my risk from having my fingers inside a woman vagina

and bring her to climax, there was a lot of vaginal fluid but I had no cuts or sores on  my hand. This was the only exposure.I was thinking of testing at a 11 weeks at the event would that be enough time to get a conclusive result?
