what to do?

I have suffered with folliculitis for months. A dermatologist has been treating me. Two weeks ago I briefly (20 seconds)  sucked the breast of a gal I barely knew.  I also played with her nipples.  I ejaculated on her breasts.  When we finished i got tissues to clean off her breasts, i rubbed them and a little tiny black mark was left on the tissue.  Not sure what it was.

I also briefly kissed and fingered her.(didn't see any cuts on fingers)

Three days after this event I got a bad rash on my chest.  It lasted one day.
Five days after I got more folliculitis on chest.

What should I do?
Did I have a risk?
Is testing needed?

Thanks,
K

Please

What about my prior risk in Oct. where I used a dildo on a female and she bled on the dildo.  I had a little nick on finger but didn't see blood on hand or finger.

Thanks

See a dermatologist, you don't have an HIV concern.
