HIV is not diagnosed by symptoms and the only way to know if you are infected is to get an HIV test.
A 4th generation test taken at 4 weeks post exposure can give you a good indication of your HIV status. But it's a good idea to take a confirmatory test at 12 weeks after the exposure to be considered conclusive. All HIV tests currently on the market are considered by experts to be conclusive at 12 weeks post exposure.
You are wasting your time trying to self diagnose your "symptoms" because lots of non-HIV people have them because they can be caused by lots of things. You could have self induced any symptoms from a natural fear that you are dying, which turns into a vicious circle making your "symptoms" more frequent and your worrying increasing of course. try to relax as it is only weeks to wait for your test to prove your status, and worrying will prove nothing.
It is too early to get a test done, so until the proper time window has passed, use a condom to protect or abstain.
Once the time window is over, you need to take a HIV test and will find out your status then. No one can guess your status so only the test will prove it.
