white streaky linings in the tongue

I'm already being anxious about my problem. The details goes like this.

On the 1st week of the month of  February 2010, I had a protected sexual intercourse with my girlfriend (we broke up 1 week later after what happened to us) during our intercourse, we both applied oral sex and I also prod my penis to her vagina 3 times after our first round without condom. After 3 weeks, I got a feeling of being dry inside my mouth and seems something stuck in my throat, including hard time to bloat and something dry outside my mouth area. My tongue had  white streaky linings and it seems that it was due to the pressure within my teeth. By the late month of March 2010, I developed a swelling in my armpit and it is moderately painful. At first, it was just at a small size, but after days it got bigger and bigger. I consulted a doctor after 1 week when it started and he told that it seems like a cyst. He recommended me an antibiotic for that swelling and after 4 to 5 days, it went out. I also had a feeling of being always full.

On the month of April 2010, I got a watery stool for 3 to 4 weeks and I usually come to the bathroom 2 to 3 times a day. On the 3rd week of the month of April 2010, I got a fever that lasted for 1 day and it went off after taking medicine. On the 4th week of the month of May 2010, I got a tonsillitis accompanied by a mild fever for 4 days after that, it went off. Until now, I still have these white streaky linings in my tongue, it is sometimes painful but not so painful. I don't have a problem in eating but sometimes I'm finding a hard time to bloat. The white streaky linings are usually located under my tongue, on it's tip in the back of my teeth, and sometimes on the sides. I also sometimes feel itchy with no reason and usually develops some itchy and painful foot blisters. Sometimes I do also have some mild headaches that usually goes off after a period of time.

My questions are:
1. Is there a possibility that I had a contact with HIV?
2. What are these white streaky linings in my tongue?
3. Why do I feel Itchy sometimes with no reason and sometimes develops foot blisters?

Please help me for I'm always being bothered with this. I can't already focus with my studies. Thank you and good day.

3 months post your last unprotected exposure will give you a conclusive test.

hiv is not diagnosed by symptoms.

but i had some consultations with a Human Life International doctor, i told him my symptoms and he told me that there was no possibility i got infected

look ars symptoms show up after 2-4 weeks and last one week and they come together all at once not once after each other i guess u have no hiv but get tested for peace of mind for hiv and other STD if u are sexually active u shall get test frequently

are you 100 percent sure that she does not have hiv?  if so...then you had no risk.

but guys, my question is, is there a possibility that i was infected? For the symptoms usually comes one by one..

man look ill make it easy never look at symptoms and never be ur personal doctor millions of ppl with hiv discover it accidentally and live there life with no symptoms and one good example is our friend here teak and moreover for ARS they all come at once not after each other they come 2-4 after exposure and last one week only and most common are fever rash and swollen Lymph nodes
