white tongue following oral sex

hello,

last sunday I had unprotected oral sex with another guy. This is the first time I have ever done this, I finished but only gave to him for maybe 10 seconds total (no ejaculation). I know everyone here says oral is no risk, but about wednesday or thursday last week my tongue turned white, seemingly swollen and has the "hairy" look. naturally I'm kind of freaked out. Is it normal for something like this to happen so soon after giving oral?? Is there even any reason for me to get tested for hiv/ talk to a doctor about this? I'm definitely in my own head right now. The tongue hasnt really gotten better despite frequent brushing, and I have a persistent scratchy feeling in the back of my throat. other than that, no other symptoms. The internet freaks me out, even though I have read numerous comments from Dr. Hook, Dr. HHH, and others saying I have nothing to worry about. Please advise, thanks

Last time I was tested was about a year ago. I also had sex with a girl a few months back (mid december), and the condom did break, but I was never too concerned about that, never had any symptoms or anything. Any idea what might be causing this? Most of the common causes for hairy white tongue -- like taking antibiotics -- don't apply to me. I do drink a lot of coffee though. I know worry about hiv from this is pretty irrational but there are too many sites saying there is a link. Think its probably another kind of virus?

It is too early to be HIV related from this incident. When was last time u got tested? Go see an ENT or ur dentist. They are used to see tongues!
