Last day I took a prostitute I had anal sex with her and condom was on and did not break and the next day when we just woke up I put a condom on and when I was trying to put my pines inside her anus the condom breaked and my pines head was uncoverd I don't know if it interd her anus or not but all that lasts almost 2 seconds. So should I get tested for hiv ?

It doesn't hurt to test. If you have used condoms correctly and consistently otherwise, I am sure you're fine!

i used it well but when i was rubbing it, it broke
am sure there wasnt a penetration and there was no body fluid
but my concern is the top of my penis head touched her anus or maybe went in her anus ( only the top off my penis head ) while am pushing it
am warred cuz i have read thats considered as a risk
