worried about exposure

I had an encounter with someone,  he went down on me when i was on my period, and then we had protected sex,  but it was extremely rough. I have no idea if he is HIV positive or not.  I had a really bad sinus infection 3 days afterwards, with a slight fever 100 degrees.  Three months later I am getting over a yeast infection.  I'm really scared to get an HIV test. Do you think I have a high risk.  I have extremely bad anxiety issues and really scared.
