worried about my negative HIV test

in beginning may 2012 i had a non protected relationship with a girl that i started to date ( refering to her she was still virgin and what we had wasn't sex, she claimed to be clean...she went out state but we kept in touch) later on been on a serious relationship with my actual girlfriend that we no longer use condoms since mid may untill present, she also claimed clean and already tested, but my fear didn't let me believe her... but our last sex activity was on 14th july. i had no pain no symptoms that would makes me feel worried, but still i got freaked out after ive heard some stories from ppl. so i did some blood work with an HIV test with LAPCORP thru my Familly Doctor on 3rd august 2012...
3 days later i got the result from my doctor who told me that my results are Negative writen as follow; 1< relative to the negative cutoff.... non reaction
so its been about 13 weeks since my 1st relation and 11 weeks since my second relation.

i went back to the doctor asking him about all my blood work that i already had and my HIV and he confirmed me that im healthy

i kept stressed myself about the window period and how reliable are LABCORP regarding the test that i had  withing the time of exposure ( from both partners ) and how i can be sure that im 100% HIV free?????

also i would love to know if the period from mid May till now is enough to give an accurate result from LAPCORP?????

hope to get some help
thank you

Just accept the facts that you don't have HIV and move along.

"so its been about 13 weeks since my 1st relation and 11 weeks since my second relation."

consider yourself negative.  a conclusive result can be obtained at 12 weeks, post exposure, but a test at 11 weeks is NOT going to change.

3 months post--exposure is when you can obtain a conclusive result.
