worried and nervous

On July 24th 2009 I had cunnilingus with a social worker. I had been with her before last year and there were no problems. Four weeks after our encounter I felt a sharp pain in my lower abdomen. I thought that it was my Diver ticulitis. But it was not. My doctor give me a ct scan of my lower abdomen and a coloscopy. Everything was normal.
He told me that I was very upset to neurotic. I did tell him that I had unprotected cunnilingus with this woman. He said it was not related.
I do have genital herpes and I know that the risk therefore is higher.
I went to a urologist who is knowledgeable about this and told him the whole story. My other symptoms are that I have a little dizziness and lost of appetite.
My nerves are shot. He is doing a test for HIV. I did have one on August 20th which was negative as well as the other STDS but since I was in contact with this woman on July 24th I knew that it did not mean anything.
He examine my lymph nodes and check my mouth, and there was nothing. He also told me that by six weeks since contact I would have uncontrollable diarrhea as well as my liver starting to get hard and that pain would be noticeable.
I asked if the HIV test that he was taking would be accurate since this is only September 4th and I saw this woman on July24th He told me the name of the test but I have been so upset I cannot remember it and he say it would be accurate otherwise he would not have done it. He also examine my penis since that is wher my outbreaks occur and there was nothing and he informed me that with HIV my outbreaks would be on going and this was a good sign that I have not had an outbreak at six weeks after conctact.
He also gave me a Z-Pak saying I should feel better. I just started it and I am eating better but I am not 100%. But like I said I just started the antibiotic.

I contacted the woman that I was with and she said that she was tested a month before I had seen her an she was fine. She is going again this week because I scared her. She also said that she had no, absolutely no sighs of any problem.

PS this doctor also told me I was dehydrated from a urine sample. Since the z- pak I do nor urinate as much. Anther thing is that I have high liver emzyines. However he said that that has nothing to do with it and that is another matter.

Please answer straight forward. I appreciate it very much.
My question is that based on this information what are my chances for having this HIV

Thank you Teak I really need your positive attitude. If you do not mine me asking do you have experience in the medical field?
Last questions, do you agree with what my Doctor told me. Also he said that I was de-hydreated. It showed in my urine and I have not found any mention of this on the internet relating to HIV except if a person was having uncontrolable diarehea, which I am NOT.

Thanks

Doesn't matter that you have herpes, you didn't have unprotected anal or vaginal sex. NO RISK.

Thanks for your reasuurance. perhaps you missed in my note that I do have herpes. I do vaguely remember that I took Valtrex the day before and the day of the encounter. Not because I had an outbreak but to prevent one.
what are the percentages do you think that I could have this disease. Also six weeks out do you think that I would have and outbreak because of the HIV infection?
Is my doctor correct that by six weeks out I would have uncontrolable diarehea.

I would appreciate any extensive info.
