worried blood on floor

Yesterday while grocery shopping at Target I noticed some red streaks on the floor.  I had on flip flops and do have a big crack on my foot from dry soles. What are the risks if that was blood on the floor? Thank you for your help!!

Yesterday i dropped my band aid on the floor with blood on it and I'm hiv positive then my sister stepped on it with her cut foot could she get hiv.

Even if blood on a shop floor was infectious which it's not how would it find it's way into your blood stream.You have absolutely nothing to worry about.

In your life time I can assure you that you will see plenty of blood on the ground--just go to the ED and it's there all the time.You can't avoid it.The good news is that it is not infectious.HIV becomes inactive once exposed to air the virus becomes damaged.You might also see blood on public toilet seats like I did just recently--clean the area and use the toilet,it's no risk.There is no way to avoid these situations because people will bleed whether it be a blood nose or cut,it happens all the time.
