Whatever it is, it has nothing to do with HIV. If you remain concerned, see your doctor.
well im thinking its not a bruise now becuase its not changing colour, i know how my body works and this doesnt look like how i normally bruise. maybe its a rash ?
1. You had no risk. You cannot get HIV without having a risk.
2. A bruise is a bruise. Without this anxiety you're having, you wouldn't even have noticed it.
3. Brusing is not an ARS symptom.
Move on, you have nothing to worry about.
No ARS and No risk. It's just a plain old bruise, don't over think the situation. You're safe.
just to update the bruise/ rash on my forearm has not gone away or faded. i know my body and i know it is usual for me to bruise there. i keep praying it will turn yellow and disappear then i can just dissmiss it as a simple bruise. but its not going away? ars possibly ?

Just to back uo what the others have said this is definitley not a risk, whatever spin gets put on it. You will not get infected by getting blown or engaging in condom protected sex.
Bruises are not signs of a recent HIV infection. Stop micro examining your body there are probably other things you never noticed before because you never paid enough attention.
You did the right thing and used a condom the rest is irrelevant.
You can have his confidence and the confidence of the expert doctors forum that agree that oral sex is not a risk for Hiv infection under any circumstance. You're safe.
