worried please help

Sir i am 27 male, i had sex 1 year back, now i had a headache and facial pain from last 4 months. Doctor take MRI scan it shows sinus problem, nw antibiotics are continued , but problem is that in my head iching is there and also muscule pain, and gas sensation is comming from mouth every half an hour. some times stomach is paining .
white colour layer is accumulating on my panis from last 2 months, its washable and sometimes its iching.
and also tierdness of eyes are comman.no fever till now.body chilledness is there from many days.
sir please advice me is it chances of HIV. i am worried. please help

To late to be ARS symptoms. I doupt its HIV and the symptoms arnt related to it.
