worried

HI, I am 31 year's male from India about 3 month's back I had participated in sex with a sex worker and at 2 month's and 3 month's post exposure I have undergone HIV test(Tridot I think it's a 2nd genration test and pretty old method of testing) and the result was negative. But now I am facing new problems I am having

Burning sensation on skin
red and brown color rashes and pimples kind of stuff on body
bumps on body(on hand, legs, groin) which are paining
lymph nodes are hurting and having throat infection from 2 months.
body pains and headache
pain at back of my neck

All these started recently abt a month ago I forgot to mention I was having respiratory problem but was gone in 2 weeks. So are these symptoms of HIV.Do I need further testing.

I AM ASKING THIS BECAUSE I NEED TO DONATE BLOOD TO ONE OF MY FRIEND TOMORROW AND I AM ALSO GETTING MARRIED IN THE NEXT MONTH. I AM REALLY SCARED OF HIV PLEASE HELP ME CAN I TAKE IT OUT OF MY MIND.

Tridot is not a second generation test it is a 3rd generation test. Were you in the US you couldn't donate blood because having sex with a sex worker for a year.
