worry about hiv antibody

I am a Chinese girl,suffer from guttate psoriasis ten years ago, it is not serious , but now I worry I can not generate HIV antibody because of psoriasis.I want to ask a question :( sorry, my English is not very good)
who can encounter a psoriasis begins before HIV and is diagnosed to have HIv by HIV Antibody Test?
