My question is that “I have an experience with a sex worker.I just used my male genitalia to touch the back、bottom and nipple of the sex worker,and ejaculated to the abdomen of the sex worker ."

1. use my male genitalia to touch the sex worker;
2. ejaculat to the sex worker;
3. the sex worker does an hand job(or masturbate) for me;
4. the sex worker kiss my nipple.
SO i don't have a possibility to be infected HIV by the way of above?
And i should't have an HIV concern?

You do not have an HIV concern.
HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.
HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child
