would like input about my symptoms and situation from teak and lizzy i herd u guys r the best

hello anyone i just recently join this site becuase everytime am googling my condition this site pops up with people with my same issue. i would appreciate all help. first of i am a hypocondriac, i had unprotected sex with a girl several years ago for a few mins without knowing her hiv status. i never had done this before having unprotected vaginal sex unless it was with a girlfriend. i still talk to this girl but havent ask her about her hiv status, but about a year ago i began developing itchy red flaky skin on my face i believe is seborheic dermatitis i here this means hiv, i did have flaky skin in my eyebrows when i was younger and in the side of my nose but now i feel it in my beard alot its very stressful thing to deal with i am so scared to test for hiv. i always go see doctors becuase like i said am a hypocondriac and stress myself over everything but this has me nervous. i know what i have to do is test but am so scared so any help or advise from you guys when personal and any knowledge will be greatly appreciated thanks so much.

the odds of you acquiring hiv from a one time incident are around 1 in 1000.  add to that the fact that she more than likely doesnt have hiv and the odds are definitely on your side.  WITH THAT BEING SAID...A RISK IS A RISK.  the only way to know your status is by testing.  not much else to say.
