would you know if a needle had pricked you?

i lost my flip flop in the rain the other day and landed on my barefoot on the city street. i do not remember feeling anything painful, just the coarse blacktop, and i walked by the same location later and did not notice any needles. but is it possible to get pricked and not know about it? my toe hurt a little bit later, but i checked my foot for puncture wounds and found known. no blood... i don't remember seeing a needle, nor did my friend.......... help!

i know this is going to sound ridiculous, im working on reasoning with myself, which is helping somewhat......My therapist is giving me some techniques aswell. In order to help myself deal with this anxiety, i pricked myself with a sewing needle. It did hurt, but I was curious if a needle a drug user would use would hurt more? I am having trouble remembering this incident now and if there was smthing else on the blacktop or not that mightve pricked me....... this is my last, i promise!!!1

how would one respond to that question, if you got pricked and didn't know about it than you didn't get pricked

if I had gotten pricked and didn't know about it bc the skin on my feet is tough, would there most definitely be a mark or blood to indicate it later?

Have you ever had your shots or get the flu shot, yes you know when you get pricked.
NOBODY HAS EVER BEEN EXPOSED OF HIV OUTSIDE THE HEATHCARE FIELD BY A NEEDLE PRICK, AND CERTAINLY NOT ONE THEY COULDN'T FEEL...
