Two and a half months ago I had a sexually encounter with a puerto rican guy in N.Y....I know him through friends and things..,.But I've heard he is a player [ he sleeps with lots of girls ] though I've heard he wraps it up with everybody, He didn't with me... He put it in a few times like 2 or 3 times and then I told him to put one on he did but I felt uncomfortable doing it cause I never had sex with someone not my boyfriend...soooo we stopped he never came but I did suck him before we started soooo i'm worried I might have got pre cum in my mouth and vagina...is my risk for HIV big? I'm sacared sick, I'm only 18....And this Guy told me he Got tested and he wasn't postive, he had the papers...But I dont know how many girls he's been with after that...I haven't had any colds or symptoms of Beginning signs of HIV...just swollen tonsils...is that a symptom of HIV...I mean my lymph nodes aren't swollen...oh and my molars are growing in sooo I don't know if that could contribute to the swollen tonsils but yea...Does swallowing precum and semen give me a big chance of having HIV? && What about pre cum in the vagina [if there was any at all] what are the risks? Is it high? Should I Be Worried?

you have unprotected vaginal sex with someone who had so many partner and it put you at a risk of contracting STD. so you need to test for chlamydia and gonorrhea .your risk for hiv is very low but because your sex is unprotected doing hiv test at 12 weeks is a good idea.

The STD's...I'm don't have I've checked that with a PAP Smear and thing of that sort.... Ummmm....Thanks that takes the worry off alittle..I will take the test..But My tonsils i think are swollen and i have this smell that is in the back of my mouth kinda rotten like to me...but no white spots and my lymph nodes are fine...is that at all related to HIV...

I would start by calling your local AIDS community service organization that can better explain your HIV risk, and can also point you in the proper direction for STD testing.  They will probably tell you to come in and get tested for HIV as a precautionary measure and give you more information.  Your per act risk for HIV is around 1 in 500-1000.  It sounds like it was pretty limited exposure, if this guy is even HIV positive, which is slim, but it was a risk none the less, and you need to take care of it.  Just relax, you will be fine.

The only way to know your status is by test. 3 months post exposure will be conclusive.

Thanks to everyone! I just set up an appointment for my tonsils and i will get the HIV Test for the mouth...i guess they swab you....if that comes back neg. do i need to get tested again....it takes two hours to get results i was told...i might just have tonsillitis or something along those lines i've had it before...hopefully and pray to God that thats the only thing wrong with me...I'm still young and I already have narcolepsy...I dont need anymore medical problems

Ohhh when we did it we did use a condom but what i was saying by the 2 to 3 times was he stuck it in me 2 to 3 times to get his pe*** wet...so it was protected after that we only did it one time though...I just wanted to know if i could have gotten infected with those two to three strokes..

Not very likely, but get the test to relieve your fears, at this point, if you have a negative result (which you will) you are good.

OMG got the test done HIV neg. && STD free; soooooo happy. I will be more careful and safe when having sex... Oh the throat problem was due to long term post nasal drip I've had for a week or two never thought anything of it...I thought it was my tonsils but it was the back of my throat was irritated because of the sinus problems and the smell came from the thick amount of phlegm...got antibiotics and should be ok in a few days.....thanks for all the advice and things, in the future i will know what not to do and how to be more safe.....
