30/Male hair thinning/loss (androgenic alopecia)

Hi All,
I'm 30 year old male from India suffering from hair thinning / loss or androgenic alopecia.
Weight : 72Kg. / 158 lb
Height : 180 cm. / 5 feet 11 inches
My lifestyle for past few years has been very stressful with bad food nutrition, and for last few years slowly but gradually my hair started thinning.
Now my crown area is reaching towards Norwood Scale 4, though I have hairs all over my head but crown area hairs has gone considerably thin especially in last few months.
I've done some research on available treatments and decided to give it a try without "DHT Inhibitor's" initially, as I want to test how my skin and body reacts to it.
I've decided to cover all important vitamins & minerals required for hair ( all B series, selenium, biotin along with iron/ copper / zinc combo) they seems to the main culprit in my case because of my improper diets for past few years.
Also I wanted to cover all vitamin & minerals in 1 medicated pill instead of generic supplement pill. Hence I've decided to go for
(1 Pill a day) Vitamin & Mineral Supplement COMPOSITION - OXIVIM tab:
vitamin A acetate 5000 IU, vitamin E acetate 25 mg, vitamin D3 200 IU, thiamine mononitrate 10 mg, riboflavin 10 mg, pyridoxine hydrochloride 3 mg, cyanocobalamin 10 mcg, niacinamide 50 mg, vitamin C 100 mg, folic acid 1 mg, calcium pantothenate 12.5 mg, zinc sulphate 41. 4 mg, Elemental copper 3 mg, manganese 2. 5 mg, Dried ferrous sulphate 40 mg, calcium picolinate 150 mcg, sodium selenite 100 mcg, biotin 30 mg

(Once a day/ml) Vasodilator COMPOSITION :
Minoxidil-5 % w/w Aminixil-1 .5% w/w

(Twice a week) Topical Shampoo COMPOSITION :
Ketoconazole-2 % w/v Zinc Pyrithionone (ZPTO) -1 % w/v

Any input is appreciated.
Thanks & Regards

dont worry about editting. i have had a similar experience with hair loss, and i thought that taking minoxidil would fix it. unfortunately this was not the case and actually had an adverse affect.
if you would like to discuss other alternatives, do let me know!
