Hair Fall + Anorexia

for years I am having Hair Loss. Probably its Male Pattern Hair Loss. at the same time I am anerixiac. Its not a mental problem like I am want to look thin or something else. I've no problem to gain some fat. I just don't like eating sometimes. Don't know why. I thought it might have a relation with hair loss. But at the moment my hair condition is serious. and I need some urgent help. another thing to mention.I got Chiken pox probably 4 years ago. and fewmonths after that I started loosing hair. Not sure whether it have any relation with hair loss. I used to get small red bumps and itchy scalp. however after few months of some ayurvedic treatment red bumps are *probably* gone. But the main problem e.g. Hair loss is still there.... I am scared.. I am only 23.. and I need serious help..
WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW ? any blood works ?

also there is no history of bladness from my parental side as well as from my mother's side.
