All i know is Head Massages, and really massage your scalp when you use shampoo, it increases blood flow and give good circulation that may help x

i so know the feeling.i used to cut my hair all the time and wanted it to grow in a mth.doesn`t happen.from experience.the more you play with it and even pull will kill the hair follicles which will make the growing process longer.ive tryed 2 things that work.im in canada.im sure they sell in states.one is bioton and another is silica.you can get these from the health food store.just try not to focus to much on it.good luck

prenatal vitamins can help along with masaging the head to increase circulation.
