Hi. I am 23 year old unmarried male. I work at a power plant in India. The problem I have is that I am losing my hair very fast and my scalp is visible. My hair is also turning grey.
Please advise on what I should do to reduce this.
Many men lose their hair early. When I met my husband he was 23 and very bald on top except for a lock of hair. He was handsome then and he is handsome now. As for turning gray, this may well be within your genes. If not, there are supplements you can take that might help. Biotin, BioSil (bioavailable silicon), vitamin B5 and vitamin B6 are among the most important. They will also thicken your hair if you are not suffering male-pattern baldness. These supplements also improve the quality of your skin and nails.
These supplements can be purchased over-the-counter, no doctor's prescription required. If the loss of hair is genetic there is no way to prevent it. There are some medication which can increase down-like hair if used regularly. As soon as you stop using it, you are bald once again.
If the baldness is not inherited, then using supplements may increase the quantity and quality of your hair.
