Laser Combs

Dear doctors,
I've had hair transplant surgery 5 months ago. Now I am thinking of using a laser comb (i.e. HairMax) to support the treatment and to have a faster hair regrow. I did some research on the internet and got totally confused. Some people say it supports hair grow by stimulating the grafts, causing better blood feeding, while others claim it is a complete scam, which has no good for hair.
What is your opinion about laser comb products?
