OILY SCALP

hello ,

i am 35 yr male from India, i started loosing my hair from teenage, thats about 17 yrs old, before that , my hair was thick and wonderful.actually at that time i got severe dandruff problem and oliy scalp , etc. Now i am not complete bald, i have few hair in front ,but more dense hair in sides and back, but the density is veryless in the top and front,also the hair is very thin, and the space between hair follicles is more so, scalp is visible.
i have very oily scalp, this is my problem, small new hair ,becomes very thin and fall off , i think its due to the oil generated in my scalp. for the past 2 months i applied minioxidil, the results were bad, more good long hair have fallen. so i have stopped it. how to make the new hair follicles strong.

whats my condition, do i have any treatement.
