Progressive Alopecia?

Hello my fellow alopecians!
I was just wondering if anyone has experienced alopecia areata that progressed into alopecia universalis?
I've had alopecia since I was 7 so almost 20yrs but it seems over the past seven years it has developed further and I'm starting to lose my eyebrows, nostril hairs etc. Anyone else experiencing or have experienced this before?
