Had noticed last year I had thinner hair at the front of my head compared to my back which wasn't too bad, wasn't too noticeable in difference compared with the back.
Over the last few months my front hair from the fringe to my temples has literally been falling out, every morning hairs all over my pillow if I run my hand through my hair it will just come out with ease. The follicles on the end of these hairs don't look shrunken or damaged I guess.
I have no history of receding hair in my family within the last three generations dads dads dad if you get me, same with mothers side.
I work in the military and this was kind of passed off as they don't really care much about this problem.
Have been under a lot of stress since last year and became ill when I was away last year with some kidney/ bladder problems and I was quite ill, loss of weight etc but these problems which were un resolved and still unknown.
Anyway excuse the long post,
My hair is now shaved to near on bald so I could look at my head to see where the patches were and see what was happening, I almost have small circular patches the size of a 5p or a US Dime scattered around the front and an obvious loss in follicle spacing (further apart) but the skin isn't smooth everywhere I can still see dark patches almost like stubble on a beard..plus I also have very thin white hairs where my hair used to be.
If I was able to post some pictures I could show someone, the reason I'm asking is this is damaging my confidence and I'm not very happy about this happening.
