Severe hair loss

I am having hair loss.Besides this i have dandruff.

After having bath when the hair are wet i feel severe itching.

What remedy can be taken?

This hair loss can be due to dandruff, seborrheic dermatitis or tinea capitis. The symptoms of Tinea Capitis include a dry itchy scalp, scaling, crusting, inflamed nodules, hair loss and tender enlarged lymph nodes on the neck. If the symptoms persist then please get it examined from a dermatologist. KOH examination of the skin scrapings will rule out fungal infection.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
