What hair restoration products actually work?

What hair restoration products actually work?

I am a 26 year old male very energetic, works out, very healthy, and active. My father is bold on top and i am starting to noticve the back top of my dome is slowly starting to expose itself...... I have been scouring the internet all day long for days on end, and there is just so much "JUNK" out there promising the world. I just find all this info a little over wellming, and missleading.

I would liek anyone and everyone to reply to this email who has actaully used a certain method or traetment and actually truelly worked out for him/her..... no monkey business or fairytales just the cold hard truth is what i am looking for and would greatly appreciate it thanks for any help!!!

Hopeless

there are only two medicines proved to be effective.
one is minoxidil and the other is finisteride.
minoxidil come in lotions and to be applied locally while finestride is in tablets form have to be taken by mouth.
both have side effects although of minoxidil are less.
you should take them only after consulting a dermatologist.
hair fall will return eventually after you stop the medicine

hmmm thanks miro I appreciate the quick response, so once I start this stuff I have to continue to use this stuff on a daily basis correct? And if and when I stop then my hair will continue to loose my hair?
Thanks
