fascial bald spots

I have been dealing with major balding of my fascial hair in the last 4-5 months. and now I have a balf spot the size of a dime on my side burn. The spot on my face is under my chin and has grown to the size of a dollar bill and I am getting worried. Can anyone tell me what this could be and why it has gotten this way, and will it grow back? I cant even go a day or two before I have to shave so it cant be notice as much. I am a person who cares the way I look and it has almost made me not go anywhere if it is noticable. FIREMAN NEEDS MEDICAL ADVICE!!!! PLZ
