hair infection

hi i am suffering from some sort of hair infection causing hair fall. i went to a doctor and he suggested me some homeopathic medicine along with suggestion of eating protein and not applying hair oil as it increased my hair fall.
but the doc died a year back and no other doctors medication seems useful.
if possible tell me the name of infection i suffer based on above and any home remedies for it.



add. info. i am 20 year old, male,  Indian. Irritation on scalp, dandruff and hair loss. oil increases hair loss.
