After a head injury, Popping Noise

In september this year my sister had an accident which caused a sub dural hematoma, she then went onto have a rebleed and was in a coma for 2 weeks, she had a horseshoe shape scar on the right side of her head. Yesterday we heard a crack sound like something had fallen on her head but there was nothing around she did experience some pain but it was only the same as what she would have experienced if a small object had fallen on her head and now every time she smiles or raises her eyebrows she says she hears a popping noise at the top of her scar and it feels almost like it streches. does anyone have any idea what this is? she doesnt seem worried about it but we would really like to know what it is.

Your sister probably had a re-bleed or a crack in skull bone to building pressure or an infection under the scar tissue. Please do not ignore this and get it evaluated by a neurosurgeon or your sister’s present specialist.

All this as described in the previous message happened on Christmas day, at which time we all had winter flus, a few days after i posted this message i started hearing a popping noise when i yawned etc, she no longer hears the popping and has no other symptoms of a rebleed and from what we know of rebleeds there would be alot more symptoms by now, its been almost three weeks since she experienced any of these symtoms (symptoms) and as i previously specified there are two different types of bleeds and with both of them symptoms appear and cause great changes in a person within 2 weeks, but shes had none of the symptoms. I have also checked her pupils and both are the same size, shape and fully reactive. Also the building pressure i assume your referring to intercranial pressure, if this was so she would surely have had headaches etc by now but she has had none, i believe it may just be me worrying myself too much.
