Aneurysm burst, brain surgery (5 years ago) , post operative stage

My mother had a open brain surgery to clamp aneurysm burst 5 years ago. She has still not regained her bladdar or stool control, still on catheter. She has had severe behavioral changes, cries a lot, becomes cranky, acts like a one year old child, doesnt listen or comprehend all the time etc. Pls. help ....
