Bumped Head to Door 5 days ago

I casually bumped (right side of forehead, just above hairline) into half open door about 5 days ago (walking speed), and I kinda feel weird. I feel like right side of my head (ear, top, eye-face) (my right ear was already sensitive somehow but I feel more sensitive now, or could be just because I concentrate on that area) feels weird (not exactly a headache but something nagging), could it just be the bruising? There is no noticeable bump.  Also I feel tired all day, but it could be because of sleeping late and waking up early (just got back to college) (and there is the season change). I am kind of worried, I live with my family, I mentioned the bumping, but since I have a history of disturbing hypochondria nobody took it seriously, and I'm sure if I mention again they'll just say I'm imagining it all. Could it be serious, or am I seriously being a hypochondriac?
Also, should I go back to working out?

PS I also would like to mention that somehow my bowel movements got better. Don't know if related.

Hello,
Thank you for answering. It is going to be ten days now, and I still have the weird feeling. I've been trying to get better sleep, and I started exercising. However, the nagging ear is back, today with a little jaw/throat (right side again) nagging. I'd like to know if that could be related too, or should I have my teeth looked for wisdom tooth etc.?
My main worry is that I may have (subarchanoid?)  hematoma in my head somewhere. Is it possible? My neck also started feeling irritated. I am not sleepy unless I am sleep-deprived, can exercise at my normal performance, and mental functions seems to be okay since I can play piano with my normal performance too.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi!
The temple area which you injured accidently is a very sensitive area. This can remain painful for days after the injury. Sleep at the right time and wake up after a good nights sleep. Take regular walks, do deep breathing exercises, eat healthy and drink plenty of water. If you still feel sleepy then get this investigated. The stools could be better probably because you are eating home cooked food. Please discuss with your doctor if you continue to feel sleepy. Take care!

The medical advice given should not be considered a substitute for medical care provided by a doctor who can examine you. The advice may not be completely correct for you as the doctor cannot examine you and does not know your complete medical history. Hence this reply to your post should only be considered as a guiding line and you must consult your doctor at the earliest for your medical problem.
