Can a fall trigger Rhuematoid severly

I fell 3 yrs ago, had 4 min-strokes, they could not say all came fromfall. They also found I had 2 C-6 & 7 was bulging and C5 was pinched.  Had trouble turning my head, would not take steroids, it was that or surgery.Hit on my tailbone on very hard floor. Had terrible headache for over a year, it felt my spine was jammed up the back of my brain. I had a knee replace, still limb, cannot sit or lay on my tailbone for long. I wore a pair of shoes with inner bracing and suddenly had no pain. wore them for a week and then I could not get out of bed, had to swing my arms around in front of my and creep my fingers to get covers off.....slowly arititis meds helped some The RA hit and could not and it got worse and worse. Taking Salsalate and have peptic ulcers,  Back is beginning to hurt sitting up.  Help  Sarah
