Constant Head Pain

Hi. For the past 3 days I have had constant pain in the right side of my head. The pain pretty much covers the whole right side of my head. I have pressure pain behind my right eye, and it extends up just to the right of the center of my head, down to my ear, and almost to the back of my head. I can also feel slight pressure pain on my teeth. The pain seems worse towards the front of my head. It is dull most of the time, but I will have random sharp pains as well. I have also been experiencing some dizzy spells and slight disorientation. When I stand up it usually makes me dizzy. Earlier this afternoon, I was getting out of my car and after a few steps I became dizzy and fell. After I have shut my eyes for about 5 seconds, it is hard for me to focus on things that are within 5 feet of me. That also seems to be worse on the right side. Another thing that really worries me is that my temple is swollen on the right side. It isn't very bad, but when I put my fingers on both of my temples, I can feel that the right side is much more puffy than the left. I am hoping that it is sinus related, because I do have a history of bad allergies. The pain also seems to be worse when I am outside, but all together the pain has worsened over the past few days. I don't know what this may be, but I am not wanting to go to the doctor if it isn't serious, considering that I don't have medical insurance.
