Extremely painful headache after masturbation

Hi all,

Last night after I finished masturbating with ejaculation I immediately experienced an extremely painful headache, one of the worst that I ever remember having. I had a slight headache all day, but it wasn't anything unbearable so I didn't take any medication. I went to bed and started masturbating thinking it would help me relax. I didn't have any pain while I was masturbating but immediately after I came my head started hurting really bad, it was an unbearable pain in the back of my head. I tried massaging my head and eyes (which were also hurting), putting constant pressure on the area and my neck helped a little but it kept me awake all night. It's gone today but I still have a slight headache from last night. Is this anything worth getting checked?
