GOT HIT WITH A SMARTBOARD

ok i got hit in the head with the teacher's smartboard or its like a chalkboard/dry erase board but you can project things off of it and you pull it down and up but anyways when she pulled it down... it hit me in the side of the head pretty hard around my temple/eye area. I had a slight headache after but then it went away. I have no blurry vision and no dizziness and im not feeling confused. But before this i was having headaches so im not sure what to do. I would get a ct scan to be safe but my mom thinks im fine. I want to make sure everything is fine but she wont take me cuz she thinks it will be a waste of money... Im not really having a bad headache but my head feels a little achey (achy).. but i just started thinking about it and it came back. I hope this isnt turning into a mental issue from being worried.... HELP and plz comment asap!!

You sound like me! I'm nervous too about a possible head injury that hardly hurts and the more I think about it, the more it hurts.

That's a classic symptom of anxiety, the more you think about something, the more noticeable or painful it is.

Not saying that you have anxiety, but maybe you're making it worse by thinking about it. Hopefully we'll both be fine with our worry and potential head injuries.
